Who created Bitcoin & Etherium?
Bitcoin: Bitcoin was created by an unknown person or group using the pseudonym *Satoshi Nakamoto*. They published the Bitcoin whitepaper in 2008 and launched the Bitcoin network on *January 3, 2009*. To this day, the true identity of Satoshi Nakamoto remains a mystery.
Etherium: Ethereum was created by *Vitalik Buterin*, a Russian-Canadian programmer and writer. He proposed Ethereum in late 2013 and development began in early 2014, with help from co-founders like Gavin Wood, Charles Hoskinson, Anthony Di Iorio, and Joseph Lubin. The Ethereum network officially launched on *July 30, 2015*.
